ID with the address, a contract or deeds, or a neighbour who knows you. We only open homes to those who prove legitimate access.
Can you open without breaking the lock?
If the door is slammed shut, almost always. With turns of the key or a key from inside it depends on the cylinder and escutcheon. Explained in full at damage-free opening.
I’ve lost my keys, should I change the cylinder?
If the keys carried anything identifying you or could be with someone, yes. If they fell into the sea, you can decide calmly. We advise you without pressure on the spot.
